日前，我院侯伯军老师等关于产学研合作对区域经济收敛影响的论文“University‑industry cooperation and regional economic convergence: The moderating role of intellectual property protection”被《Journal of the Knowledge Economy》期刊录用并在线发表，侯伯军老师为第一作者，王帅老师担任通讯作者，合作者包括洪进教授以及唐兴和张玉梅两位研究生。本研究得到国家社科重点项目（21AZD008）和中央高校基本科研业务经费项目（JZ2020HGTA0070; JZ2020HGQA0182; JS2019HGXJ0042）资助。据《Journal of the Knowledge Economy》官网介绍，该期刊是第一本聚焦知识经济的学术期刊，2020年影响因子为1.964。
该研究利用2005 年至2017年中国省级数据，评估产学研合作对区域经济收敛的影响。结果表明，产学研合作对区域经济收敛具有积极影响，知识产权保护在其中发挥显著的调节作用。区域异质性分析发现，知识产权保护积极推动东西部地区和创新水平较低的区域集群的经济收敛，而对中部地区和创新水平较高的区域集群的经济收敛影响不明显。该研究对鼓励产学研合作以驱动区域协调发展具有重要的实践启示。
侯伯军，管理学博士，合肥工业大学经济学院讲师，研究兴趣为科学商业化、创业与经济发展，目前担任《European Journal of Innovation Management》期刊编委，已在《Industry and Innovation》、《Post-Communist Economies》、《Journal of the Knowledge Economy》、《European Journal of Innovation Management》、《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》、《Knowledge Management Research & Practice》、《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》、《Chinese Management Studies》等杂志发表学术论文10余篇，担任20余份国内外期刊匿名审稿人。
