主创建筑师 Associate

任职资格：

1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 5-8 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player;

建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，5-8年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神；

2. Require extensive past working experience. Overseas educated or trained personnel is desired;

具有丰富的工作经验，有外资建筑设计公司工作经验;

3.Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales;具有扎实的专业设计基础，掌握建筑各专业相关知识，有参加大中型项目方案设计的经验;

4. Familiarity with Chinese policy and regulations, planning applications and procedure;

熟悉建筑、结构设计及验收规范，熟悉国家、行业规范、强制性标准条文及法律、法规文件，并能独立完成设计项目;

5. Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English;

具有良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力;

6. Proficiency required in the following software programs: Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe 
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft. Additional knowledge in Grasshopper, Revit and Ecotec is a plus.

建筑师 Architect

任职资格：

1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 3-5 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player;

建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，3-5年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神；

2. Ability to initiate and develop conceptual design ideas within a group or as design 
team leader;

能和设计团队一起或者是在最小的设计团队下独立发起并发展深化概念设计;

3. Possess creative and organizational skills to prepare high quality design presentations;

有一定创造力和组织能力，能准备高质量的设计文本;

4. Experience in all project phases and understanding of building materials and 
techniques according to the regulations in China;

有各个设计阶段的工作经验，熟悉中国的建筑规范，理解建筑材料和工艺技术的运用;

5.Experience in all phases of document production, with an aesthetic approach to detail;
有各个设计阶段的文本准备工作经验，拥有细节审美能力;

6. Overseas backgrounds in education and work field will be preferred as well as 
preference to those who are fluent in the English Language.

助理建筑师 Assistant Architect

任职资格：

1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 1-2 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, a valuable team player;
建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，1-2年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强团队精神；
2. Good understanding of architectural theory, and good understanding of contemporary building and construction techniques;
良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力；
3. Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and other professional software; proficiency in BIM software preferred;

熟练应用Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad 等
专业软件；
4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork;
强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力，能够配合快速的工作节奏；
5. Strong English communication skills; fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred.

实习生 Internship

任职资格：

1. Student of architecture or relevant major at the undergraduate level;

2. Good understanding of architectural design and theory, and interested to learn more about architectural practice;

3. Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and
other professional software;

4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork;

5. A minimum of 3 months is preferred.

平面设计师 Graphic Designer

任职资格：

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, design, art or new. Good aesthetic Consciousness and graphic design capabilities;

建筑、设计、艺术或新闻类专业本科毕业生，有良好的审美意识和平面设计能力；

2. Ability to work in publications, exhibitions, posters and other activities design;

能协助媒介主管进行出版物、展览、活动海报等设计工作；

3. Possess passion about architecture and city and work carefully. Willing to engage in design research;

对建筑、城市抱有热情，做事认真仔细，愿意从事设计研究；

4. Proficiency required in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop，Lightroom);

熟练使用Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop，Lightroom)排版、后期、绘图软件；

5. Ability to photography and photographic post-processing;

具备一定的摄影及摄影后期处理能力;

6. Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English;

具有良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
